Solar Appointment Setters $18/hr

We are seeking outside sales reps to qualify homes, explain the benefits of going solar and schedule appointments for a free energy consultation. We are looking for outgoing and hardworking individuals throughout the Greater Denver area. In this role, you will be canvassing an assigned area, discovering and qualify potential homes, and scheduling appointments.

Compensation:

Paid training is provided- The starting pay in training is $12/hr

After training completion period- base pay, $18/hr or commission, whichever is greater for the week.

Total yearly compensation is $50,000- $75,000, depending on performance

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Someone who is driven, punctual, and reliable.
  • Candidate who can work independently and attain goals.
  • Coach-able and passionate towards personal & professional development.
  • Prior customer service or sales experience selling a product/service is highly preferred.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and willing to submit to a background check
  • High School education or equivalent
  • Professional appearance
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Prior face-to-face sales and customer service experience is a plus
  • Open Availability is preferred
