Job Summary

Brio Energy is one of the leading residential solar providers in the country. Founded in 2015, Brio has grown quickly and continues to look for ways to expand its business and develop it’s people. We’re a well-oiled sales machine and we’re looking for a Sales Manager to oversee a team of lead setters.

Base pay (amount based on qualifications) PLUS Commission. Average Sales Manager makes $70,000 . Devoted and driven Managers make $100,000 + annually .

Responsibilities and Duties

Looking for someone who can lead AND manage a team to success in reaching goals and their full potential. This includes:

  • Qualifying, hiring and training Door Knockers
  • Holding daily meetings
  • Helping individuals and your team as a whole overcome obstacles

Experience in door to door sales would be preferred but not mandatory to apply.

However, being confident in your ability to inspire those who you lead, IS mandatory.
