We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to oversee our door to door sales reps in our Charlotte NC office

Responsibilities :

  • Build, develop and manage door to door sales people
  • Create and maintain team culture
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations & key performance indicators
  • Hold daily sales training meetings and daily conference calls

Compensation:

  • Our Top Sales Manager makes over $190,000 a year
  • Our Lowest Paid Sales Manager is paid $90,000 a year
  • Our Average Sales Manager makes $140,000 a year
