We are currently seeking to hire an Executive In Home Closer in our Charlotte office.

Responsibilities :

  • Give in-home presentations to potential buyers
  • Closing company leads using a consultative sales approach
  • Evaluating customer’s needs and building productive long-lasting relationships
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Attend sales meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep up-to-date on the latest Brio and industry developments

Compensation:

  • Our Top In-Home Consultants make $300,000+
  • Our average In-Home Consultants make $150,000
  • This is 100% commission compensation plan

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, competitive, driven with a strong desire to be successful
  • Proven track record of field sales experience
  • In-home and/or solar sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be success-oriented, as demonstrated by previous sales work ethic
  • Must have a smart phone and a tablet or laptop

Who would be a good fit for us:

We are looking for an in-home closer with a “No Fail” mindset. In a lot of other sales jobs you create your own leads so if you don’t have a high closing percentage it doesn’t hurt the company. At Brio we have door-to-door setters that generate new leads daily for our closers. Since there is a cost affixed to this, we want top performers who have the passion and skills for closing multiple deals each week and maintaining high a closing percentage. Industry closing percentage can range from 20% to 30%. We train our in-home closers with the right skills and practices to close 40%-70% of leads and maximize each one for referrals. This is a career opportunity to help the setters hit their financial goals as well as to achieve personal income highs as a closer.
