Salary: $40,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year
Brio Energy is looking for a candidate that has a proven ability to jump head first into a department, learn the in-and-outs, identify issues, create a plan and implement the needed changes. The candidate will be a self-starter and have the confidence to implement changes, modify systems, add systems, and create KPI’s. Above all the right candidate will have the ability to cross finish lines.
4 years of experience in a combination of the following roles.
- 2 years Customer Experience Management
- 2 years Employee Experience Management
- 2 years of Project Management
- Advance knowledge of Salesforce and its inner workings.
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to learn new software and implement them.
- Strong Analytical ability.
- Strong written and oral communication.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desired Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or Marketing
- Master degree is a plus
